Rich Dolven has been a member of Christ Lutheran Church since 1994. After spending 32 years in education, the last 15 as an elementary school principal, Rich joined the staff at Christ Lutheran as Business Administrator in 2006. His responsibilities include staff supervision, facility use and management, and administration of general policies and procedures. Rich holds a Master of Science Degree in School Administration from Montana State University Bozeman.
Born and raised in Havre, Montana, Rich has been married to Diane, a registered nurse. They have two grown children, Jennifer and her husband Jeff, and Mark and his wife Julie, and five grandsons, Ben, Scotty, Luke, Troy, and Buddy, and three granddaughters, Abby, Elizabeth, and Jessica. Rich considers it a privilege to work in a Christ-centered atmosphere with such quality staff members.

Deidre Dunlap has worked part-time in accounting at Christ Lutheran Church since 2006. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis in business from University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. Her business skills were developed over the years working in leasing and accounting. She is responsible for tracking payables and donations, preparing monthly statements for review by the Council.
Deidre is originally from California. After being drawn to the beauty of Montana, she eventually moved to Whitefish. She has attended CLC since 2000 and has been involved in various ministries over the years. She and her husband, Kirk, have two daughters, Rachel and Jennie. She has enjoyed being able to use her business skills to serve the Lord and the people at Christ Lutheran Church.

Amanda Pacheco has been attending Christ Lutheran Church since 2010 and became a member October of 2014. Amanda grew up in Whitefish and married her high school sweetheart Tom Pacheco July of 2007. They have two beautiful children, a son named Thomas, and a daughter named Tessa, who are true gifts from God!
Amanda is responsible for organizing and coordinating all the volunteer assistants here at Christ Lutheran Church and is the office receptionist. She is thrilled to be a part of the amazing team of Christians here at the church and looks forward to the opportunities to grow in her faith.
Kristal Rufenach joined the staff in 2005 as a part time housekeeper. She now works full time in CLC's new facility. She was born in Kalispell, MT, raised in Columbia Falls, spent some time in Alaska, and now resides in Whitefish. Kristal is the mother of two grown children, Cassadie and Chauncey, and the grandmother of three young children.
